Most of us, thankfully, never have to resort to Civil Litigation to solve a problem but it’s important to know that there is someone at brains who is qualified to deal with the unforeseen.  Our Civil Litigation team can help you with advice on a whole range of issues including property matters (boundary disputes, landlord and tenant, building works), contract disputes, employment, personal injury and debt recovery.

We also boast Cornwall’s only member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists to help and advise if you have been unfairly treated in a Will, and feel that you are entitled to inherit assets that have been left to somebody else.

It is difficult to know what your costs will be at the outset of a litigation matter.  However, it is our policy to tell you at the outset what your pre-action costs will be and as your matter progresses we will keep you updated regarding costs for each stage of your matter.

The high calibre of our staff means that we are often able to settle matters swiftly, reducing potential costs to clients.

At brains, we have an experienced team of conveyancers who understand the pressure that moving house can bring, how to avoid the pitfalls and hold ups, and above all keep your move moving! As a Cornish firm specialising in the property market we understand the ins and outs of buying a property in Cornwall, which can involve mundic, radon and mining searches that are not usually required in most other parts of the country.

Phone us as and talk to one of our Conveyancing team.
